After the success of Swingers City, The Institute of Competitive Socialising invited us to design a second crazy golf venue, this time capturing the nostalgic charm of the 1920s English Riviera. The vision was to evoke the faded glamour of seaside holidays, reimagined for a modern audience, in the heart of London’s bustling West End.

The Brief
At Swingers West End, guests enter through a cleverly disguised shopfront, styled to resemble a modest seaside store, which opens into a vibrant and immersive space. A show-stopping 28-metre bar takes centre stage within a grand bandstand, setting a lively tone for the venue. Alongside, a series of modern beach hut-inspired food stands offer a unique visual twist, crafted in a 2D style that creates the illusion of depth—a nod to axonometric drawings.
The 1920s aesthetic is reinterpreted with contemporary flair, enabling seasonal updates at minimal cost, ensuring the experience remains fresh and adaptable as the venue evolves.
