The Brief
The design reduced the number of bedrooms from four to three, ensuring each room featured its own en-suite and dressing room. Material choices were kept unfussy to complement the warehouse's atmosphere, incorporating Dinesen flooring, a Bulthaup kitchen, and Vola bathroom products.
Bespoke furniture included custom cabinets and five-meter-long floating shelves, as well as a hydraulic laundry rack designed for accommodating super king bed sheets. To manage sunlight and wind in the main living space, the design integrated blinds into the doors and used special solar glass with a 5% tint, effectively reducing glare while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic. The apartment also offered magnificent views of St. Paul’s.
