The Brief
The development features 1 to 3 bedroom apartments designed with adaptable layouts to maximise guest capacity. The ground floor offers a coffee and lunch room alongside a coworking area, where guests can enjoy daily breakfast delivery and unlimited access to workspaces. Thoughtfully tailored for today’s digital nomads, each apartment includes amenities such as electronic locks, luggage and electric bike storage, and laundry facilities.
Each unit provides boutique hotel comforts—luxurious linens, fully equipped bathrooms, and chic, stylish interiors that ensure an “Instagrammable” appeal. Positioned in the heart of Palermo Soho, the design places guests near local landmarks, enhancing their immersive experience in one of Buenos Aires’ most iconic neighbourhoods.
