Located on one of Notting Hill’s most elegant streets, this Victorian property was originally divided into four flats and was in severe disrepair with issues including dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, and damp. The client sought to reinstate the property as a single dwelling that was practical, marketable, and ideal for entertaining.
Concept Design Details Supervision
The Brief
To meet the brief, a strategic structural proposal was developed, incorporating skillful architectural solutions. The design featured a light-filled, open-plan layout with a stunning double-height space at the rear.
Floating staircases, opaque screens, and room separators added modern functionality, while inspired lighting treatments and soft furnishings enhanced the aesthetic. Together, these elements created a practical yet stylish home perfect for both living and entertaining.
