LM Urbania engaged Zachary Pulman Design Studio to refine and modernise an initial concept for a residence within a gated community in Nordelta, Buenos Aires.
The objective was to maximise river views and natural light through expansive openings and double-height spaces. The exterior was to strike a balance between boldness and harmony, using premium materials and a warm, contemporary palette.
Concept Design Details
The Brief
The residence’s exterior achieves a refined balance of sophistication and warmth, with high-quality materials in neutral tones. Inside, the design focuses on contemporary luxury, featuring rich finishes like marble, dark oak, and soft textiles. The living room is distinguished by elegant wall panelling and black-framed sliding doors that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
Key highlights include a luxury playroom adorned with slatted dark wood walls and a marble pool table, a sleek kitchen with a long island combining wood and white Silestone, and a master bedroom fitted with bespoke joinery. Bathrooms are designed with porcelain flooring, integrated LED lighting, and a clean, modern aesthetic, a theme carried through to the serene yoga room.
This design creates a cohesive, elegant space that perfectly integrates natural surroundings with modern luxury.
