Central Saint Giles

Zachary Pulman Design Studio were asked to merge the top two floors of the recently completed Renzo Piano development at Central Saint Giles, into a duplex penthouse. This created a truly stunning apartment with a Convent Garden location; views of some of London’s major icons including The Gherkin, London Eye, The Shard and St.Pauls. Add in an exceptional large terrace and spacious internal area. A successful planning application and Arup engineering allowed for the creation of one of the best apartments in London.
Remodelling the interior layout allowed for four master suites all with en-suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes. The flats were linked with a new elliptical glass staircase that has a 5 meter high Dan Flavin inspired light feature thanks to Mega LED. We designed, sourced and specified the interior furniture and lighting with a modern and colourful direction.
