Central Saint Giles

Zachary Pulman Design Studio were asked to merge the top two floors of the recently completed Renzo Piano development in Central Saint Giles into a duplex penthouse.

To capitalize on the combination of its Convent Garden location, alongside views of London’s major icons including The Gherkin, London Eye, The Shard and St. Paul’s, the team designed an exceptional large terrace and spacious internal area. A successful planning application and input from Arup engineering allowed for the creation of what must be one of the best apartments in London.

Remodelling of the interior layout allowed for four master suites all with en-suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes. The flats were linked with a new elliptical glass staircase that has a 5 meter high Dan Flavin inspired light feature thanks to Mega LED. We designed, sourced and specified the interior furniture and lighting to suit the direction of the scheme.
